• How do I begin to prepare myself for the changes to come? Some of you already know and some of you do not. #

Now that I have made it clear who I am and I hope what The Second Happening will be, at least in beginners form, I must answer the question:  How do I begin to prepare myself for the changes to come?  Some of you already know and some of you do not.  Some are already prepared and some are out in the cold.  So here goes:

Become a Magician

I am here going to mention about 15 types of learning processes that would make you into a magician, i.e. a person who can influence the state of reality around you, protect yourself through magical means (and your loved ones and home), “win friends and influence people”, but above all get to know the spirit world and become friendly with it, as this opens up a whole new life that is an integral part of becoming a winner and survivor as The Second Happening really starts taking form, which as you probably already know we predict as one of the massive changes for 2012.  That is three more years, but some of the systems mentioned, are things that you could study for lifetimes and not know them all.  So it is time to pick one and start.

Which one you pick is a matter of which one attracts you the most, and this will be greatly impacted by your race, the races of your ancestors, your cultural tastes, your sexual tastes in some cases, your pre-existing knowledge, the degree to which you are already pre-disposed to “the occult” and other factors.  I will mention many of the major systems, but there are at least fifty more, and at some point they will all be mentioned, and EVENTUALLY I will mention the one I know of that is completely or virtually unknown. 

A choice of path is really an easy thing, it is “whatever turns you on”.  For instance, in dealing with the African Traditional Religions, they are probably the most powerful of all, but can you deal with LIFE FORCE OFFERINGS, known to the uneducated as “blood sacrifices”?  I could go on and on about how 90% of the birds and goats offered are cooked and eaten, about how they are the REAL things (the animals and birds), much healthier and having led a much more natural life than the beef, pork, or chicken that you eat right now, but some people are hypocrites, and they can not deal with this.  For them, there are many other choices. 

Then, you might pick a path that does not pick you.  Some of the religious paths, when practiced correctly, defer to their dieties as to whether you can enter.  Some of the secret societies have complicated rules or councils of elders or masters who decide your fate.  BUT LET NOTHING DETER YOU.  If you are sincere, open-minded, and “ready to roll”, and if you have the inate qualities that are attractive to people, spirits, dieties, and God, you will be on your way.  If you are having trouble, increasing your spiritual load through espiritismo, or spiritism, will aid you.  IT IS ALWAYS TO THE BENEFIT OF EVERYONE TO EXPAND THE QUANTITY OF THE SPIRITS IN THEIR SPIRITUAL FRAME. 

This applies towards advancing in life, in the Second Happening, and in every aspect of every affair, as the more spirits you have helping you, the more doors will open for you and the more aid you will get in anything you want to do.  To find a group near you, look up “Allan Kardec” followed by the name of your city, then, perhaps, “groups”, ”missas” or “masses”.  White Masses” can be a search term with your city, as can “White Table Masses”. 

Do you think you have what it takes to be a medium, to work with the dead and transmit their messages for the good of other people and the cleansing of your own soul?  Are you terrified of the dead?  If so, take it from one who knows, there is much more to be afraid of from the living then the dead.  For one thing, the dead and their characteristics can be controlled as to their purity and whiteness (or in some cases blackness) through the prayers and the decorations involved in invoking them. 

In some magical or especially magico-religious systems you will be exposed to dieties (and remember, none of them are anywhere near the Almighty God, except perhaps one that I will discuss in another day’s writing, they are dieties of the Planet Earth and it’s elements and environs and history.  But that does not make them anything short of spectacular in some cases.  A good spiritualist can also contact angels, and spirits of an angelic nature.  However, NO spiritualist can ever guarantee that at any one point in time he can invoke a specific spirit, such as that of your mother or brother, and if this is represented to you, the person is a fake, and you should distance yourself from them.  Spirits come if and when they want, and the ones who come are the ones who want to. 

If you already have accepted the existence of spirits, you should have no trouble going on to Wicca, Santeria, Voudon, (“Voodoo”, correctly pronounced “Voudoo”) – let me stop to say two things.  First of all, don’t tell your friends of your intentions.  Keep your ideas limited to those who share your goals and are working towards them.  If you tell your friends that you are interested in Santeria, for intstance, those who have heard of it will say in 95% of cases “Oh, that is WITCHCRAFT!!!”.  When that happens to me, I say, “I know people who have been intensely studying that religion for 20 years, are initiates and priests, and they insist that they know NOTHING about it.  They say that it would take 20 lifetimes to learn it all, if you ever could”  So if they know nothing after 20 years, what do you know? And again at that point re-assert your identity as a mysti, a witch, a psychic, a reader, a healer, or whatever else gives the right to have an opinion.  Remember, you should not come at people as a no-nothing, but always be aware that you are a no-nothing compared to the masters, and a not a note of vaingloriousness.

Just the mention of some of the alternate religions will cause a cry of “witchcraft!” in some circules.  Santeria and Voudon are plagued by a replutation of cocernig with the world out whenever an interest in either is mentioned.  In reality, imagine a checkerboard full of checkers on both sides, and in the case of Santeria, each checker represents a whole area of study.  One might be healing with plants.  One might be divination.  One might be spiritual cleansings.  And indeed, ONE is witchcraft, but only one. 

And there is nothing wrong with witchcraft.  It has existed since time immemorial,   is built into every female human being, and there is a force in nature that is called “The Iyami” that are the witches in nature and are present with or without a human witch.  Witches can do good or bad, and their system, honoring and recognising the duality of life on earth, good and bad, black and white, expansion and contraction, yin and yang, up and down, north and south, fat and thin, male and female, and an endless group of dual forces – realistically says that you must learn to deal with both ends, and the Judeo Christian ideal of dealing only in the direction of the White denies the reality of life.  An interesting question for all.

There are also male witches, as female qualities are incorporated into the male human, and witchcraft as an application is also a learned art, but the reason that it is present in every female lies in the female organs – menstruation.  Females are more powerful than males and the reason is that they have NATURAL WITCHCRAFT – for a short period when they menstruate, they open a gate between this plane and the other, the spirit world, from which a soul may pass to this world in the form of a new human being.  This gives them a huge power that many of them never know about or develop, and the most powerful substance in nature for use in ceremonial witchcraft is menstrual blood. 

Yet, “The Craft” is still something that has to be learned, it is a complicated, trying art that requires both natural talent, instruction, instinct, and time, and is usually passed down generations.  I have heard that Sarah Palin is currently mounting a huge anti-witchcraft campaign and if she gains power we can expect a new era of witch-hunts.  She has been anointed in church ceremonies for protection, but I laugh at the amount of protection she will be given by that – it will be interesting to see how and when she falls down, it depends on whether or not she abandons her fight.  At least she knows it is real, or should I say, she has been warned, as I do not think she knows anything much.  The right face at the right time saying the right simplistic, stupid words can go very far, and all the United States needs is another moronic, vapid leader who reads teleprompted lines written by the evil and truly powerful.  My opinion.  “I’m gettin through!” “I’m struttin’ and shovin’” “I’m gonna get there”.  Although these are not direct quotes, they are just the kinds of statements that the people of middle America get excited by. 

The hate and fear directed against witchcraft is however understandable.  First of all, it takes a very good mind to understand the IMPLICATIONS of the duality of nature, it’s TOTALITY, it’s MANIFESTATION all over creation, and it’s POWER.  Since we live in a Judeo-Christian society, working with both the white and the black, which is only logical in dealing with the real world, is anethema to most Christians and Jews.  And a person who can bend reality is nothing short of terrifying.  But it is a major talent to develop in preparing one’s self for The Second Happening, where the outside world and it’s conditions will become overwhelming to those who cannot adjust to them, and one of the ways to adjust is with MAGICAL POWERS. 

However, it is not the only kind of power, there is another kind of power that lies within Christianity, and it is discussed in the next post, called “Scientific Christianity”.

Becoming a magician is 30 % what you are born with and 70% what you learn.  There are people who are linear bores who become magicians from study and initiation alone.  But some good tips to get the process started are, firstly, if you have any religious, spiritual, or intellectual prejudice against magicians and witches, for the reasons above, drop them. 

Christ was a magician.  You think he was not?  How do turning water into wine, walking on water, walking down a street after the Sermon on the Mount and having every person on both sides of the street be healed of their ailments, or flattening a stormy sea in moments sound?

You may argue that HE was God’s son and therefore could do anything, and The Second Happening does acknowledge that he was God’s son in a special way, but we are all God’s children, made in his image, and the Bible is full of references to magical acts, so just drop the prejudice if you want to learn how to survive in the world to come.

Then you must decide on your “Thing”.  Your path, your style, the type of road you wish to follow.  One theory I can give you is that the darker the skin of the source of the magic, the more powerful it gets.  That would mean that Wicca, which is based in Northern European dieties and their powers, might not be as powerful and the African Traditional Religions, like the Angolese Quimbanda for instance, or Cuban Santeria or  Brazilian Candomble Ketu.

This is not to say that Wicca, which is a relatively modern combining and reshaping of the old witchcraft of Northern Europe’s various lands and the worshipping of it’s Gods, are not very powerful, or that Mexican sorcery of Mexico’s Yaqui Indians is not dynamite.  Their are sometimes some barriers like in the latter, a Sorcerer is likely to have few apprentices, while in the other two, there is no true limit to the                                                                                                                            

Become a Spiritualist

There are many kinds of spirituality, but three main kinds of spiritism that I know about, and I know little about English Style Seances.  I never wanted to bother, as that field has been plagued with trickery and scam artistry for two hundred years at least.  The master of European Spiritismo was the great Allan Kardec, who wrote at least 6 major books, plus the most effective prayerbook for bringing the spirits down, used in “White Table” masses.

 These masses are tremendously helpful for convincing one of the existence of the spirit world, the individual spirits and their ways, and for developing mediumship and cleaning the spirit.  Along with Brasilian Umbanda, there are no better ways that I have been exposed to (and nobody is ever exposed to everything) to become a spiritualist and or spiritist.  So you must find a Kardecian Mass to attend on a regular basis, do exactly as the leader of the mass instructs, and begin the path to mediumship. 

There are both soft and hard posession.  In The United States and the Carribean, hard possession is the most common, and when a person’s body is entered into by a spirit and the spirit of the owner of the body temporarily displaced, this is proceeded usually by a great amount of trembling, shaking, and general bodily trauma, as the conscisous mind and the instincts try to resist the loss of the spiritual ownership of the body. 

There is then soft  posession, more common in Brazil and in Africa, in which the spirit just takes over in a smooth flash, much like someone just taking a seat quietly next to you in a theatre.  In this type of posession, the type that I am proficient in, the Medium remains lucid and listens to the words of the spirit exiting from his own mouth with the interest accorded by the rest of the people at the missa or mass. 

Brasil (the correct spelling) shakes with Umbanda, another form of Spiritism invented in Niteroi, a suburb across Guanabara Bay from Rio de janeiro, in 1904, whereas Kardec exists since the 1860’s.  Umbanda is more colorful than White table, the participants are usually African where White Table particpants are often of Latino origin or white.  Umbanda uses Altars containing images of many saints, Orixas Brasilieras,  other strange images of typical Brasil spirit types are often displayed, and much trance dancing occurs, which is performed by white-dressed participants.  A posession can hit anyone at any time, and a spirit will begin to speak, in either type of spiritism, and the purpose of it’s words will often be to assist and edify members of the group with information from the other side.   It is here that one can see the spiritual form and hear it’s words.  Umbanda also calls for the  two great spirits used in Quimbanda, Exu and Pomba Gira, who are consecrated and kept in sacred, living form in that art, and controled by the Quimbandista. Exu and Pomba Gira re Crossroads spirits, male and female, and Pomba Gira is a spiritual essence of the electric sexuality and passion of Brasil, and an encounter with her can leave you winging like an electric cord for months afterwards, and leave other things in an “up” mode for a very, very long time. 

Become a Shaman

Every tribe in the world, with perhaps an exception or two, has it’s shamans, men or women who work with and are expert on the plants, animals, tokens, symbolism, wateer-life, bird-life, animal-life, trees, and spirits of their native land, and how all these things, plus the land itself, reveal their secrets and how those secrets can be put to use.  They are often genuine healers and medicine men, and they are generally the people to whom the members of the tribe, if it is “Primitive”, i.e. with limited contact with what I have to name THE INTERUPTION, which I will use from now on to describe the period between the First and Second Happenings.  I am speaking of what most call “The Outside World.  In many countries they are left alone, but in many they are run off their native lands, murdered by military governments (like in Guatamala), disrupted by the destruction of their lands for agriculture, and other forms of “modern encrachment” and agression.  They are generally very difficult to gain as personal teachers in “The Wild” and will treat a westerner with much suspicion.  They will KNOW where you are coming from mentally and spiritually, so only requests made with humility and the purest of intentions will get anywhere, if you wish to learn from them. 

People who dismiss “Witch-doctors, voodoo and all that stuff” are among the most ignorant people in the world.  They are pure products of THE INTERUPTION.  They are nearly soul-less and have little chance in the world to come.  They often will not heed any contrarian advice, refuse to believe in God, condemn all religion, and live in a body of miraculous order and function, of a makeup so brilliant and complicated (the brain alone would qualify as such) without ever wondering what kind of a power could have created such perfection.  They are often very insulting and it is unwise to speak to them about your march towards The Second Happening, your magical progress, whatever magical path you choose, or anything that threatens the iron-cloud boundaries in which they are comfortable. 

I know one man like this whose friendship with me has ended after 35 years after he called my beliefs “Pure Mumbo-Jumbo, Complete Bullshit”!  This is a reasonaly wealthy, self made man, a happy man, who owns a million dollar house, 40 acres of land in the mountains of Northern California, has a loving woman, a very lucrative profession, and takes about 20% of his year taking tour groups all over the world.  Tasmania, Madagascar, Irian-Jaya, Bali, Viet Nam (his favorite), Antarctica, he has taken groups everwhere and witnessed many religious festivals and rites. 

He seems to think that these deeply religious happenings are some kind of “artistic expression” or “cultural hapening” without it ever occuring to him that there might be anything under the surface of them that has anything to do with the unseen world.  The unseen world?  THE HUMAN EYE CAN SEE ONLY 3% OF THE POSSIBLE SPECTRUM OF LIGHT, meaning that 97% of what is before our eyes is invisable to us.  Watch your cat.  Have you ever seen him/her chasing things in the air that you cannot see?  He/she can.  Cats live in our world and in cat world.  In some other plane simultaneously.  Dogs, however, live exclusively in the material plane that some of our fellow humans think is all that exists, sadly.  They have no magic or spirituality other than the satisfacion they can impart to their owners.

But even with this man’s totally self actualized life, his around the world travels, his extensive photography of nature and travel, his international collection of religious objects, he INSISTS that there is no God and that all religion is imaginary.  He once called himself a Buddhist.  I said to him, “so you have gotten religion!”  His reply was that Buddhism was not a religion.  He just cannot make the jump. 

The most amazing thing about these people is that they feel they have the right and the place to make a sweeping statement of reality that impacts the whole world “There is no God”.  There are no Psychics” and the like.  They know.  They are the authority and can judge the heavens and the earth and the human race.  And in reality, no matter how advanced they are in the material or even mental and emotional planes, they are spiritual idiots.   I pity them. 

To return to what I was speaking about, becoming the student of a shaman in the Brazilian rain-forrest or somewhere in the jungles of Indonesia or in the mountains of Mexico will be a very difficult thing to do, only possible with the highest of intentions.  Money will help, but it should in few cases break through, and if it quickly does, walk away.  The person is not real.  Now that Haiti is in such a pitiful State, and somewhat the same in Cuba, and even in the  US, thousands of people whom the Loa and Orishas of Voudon and Santeria HAVE NOT CALLED are being initiated as priests and priestesses purely for money.  And he priests and priestesses doing this are dooming themselves in the eyes of the loas and orishas they are crowned with.  It is sad.   

Money has taken such precidence, and greed is so rampant a sin, that when the Second Happening begins to gather steam. those who have lived by greed will die with speed.  And a good riddance it will be. 

Become an Amerindian or Mezoindian Brujo

The same replies here, but they are  very inaccesable and simply will not take on a lot of students or apprenetices as they call them.  a great deal about their beliefs and systems, and about what is necessary to understand the process of relating to these practitioners, can be found by reading the books of Carlos Castaneda, they are very well known, but if you have not yet read the, start immidiately, as they are invaluable to any true seeker.  However, the systems, secrets, and beliefs therein are only revealed through apprentiseship.

Join a SECRET SOCIETY (and learning to be a magician will almost always involve this in one way or another) and work your way up and up and GET INITIATED!

DEVELOP YOUR PSYCHIC ABILITIES

DEVELOP YOU SPIRITUALIST ABILITIES BY STUDYING EITHER KARDECIAN ESPIRITISMO OR UMBANDA AND TAKING PART IN THEM REGULARLY

If necessary, force yourself into a situation in which you will be forced to conclude that the spirits exist, and then, to KNOW

ELIMINATE HEAVEN AND HELL THINKING – There are, including to most of the great secret societies and systems, only HERE and THERE and the way you live here will GREATLY influence the deal you get THERE in many ways, giving birth to the illusion that there are three levels, Earth, Hell, and Heaven, while there are only two, Our land and The Land of the Spirits.

LEARN TO WORSHIP NATURE AND PROTECT IT.  When you are in it, when you leave, always cover all evidence of your visit.

LEARN TO BELIEVE IN THE EXISTENCE OF GOD, if you don’t already, and

LEARN TO BELIEVE IN MAGNIFICENT SPIRITS UNDER GOD but over us that are not of the heavens but of the Earth; they go from marginally to greatly larger than us.  They often are the SPIRITS OF VARIOUS CATEGORIES OF NATURE, SUCH AS RIVERS, THE OCEANS, VOLCANOS, MOUNTAIN TOPS, SWAMPS, LAKES, WINDS, LIGHTNING, FIRE, and on and on. Every place has it’s spirits.  There are spirits of forrests, spirits of bogs, spirits of swamps, spirits of marshes, spirits of crossroads, spirits of meadows.  Also, there are spirits of jails, spirits of hospitals, spirits of banks, spirits of government buildings, each human structure which commands it’s own daily flux of human activity and flow will soon have it’s own spirit/spirits.

In New York,  The world famous Bellevue Hospital, started in the later 1700’s to treat victims of Tuberculosis, (and also the first hospital in the US to treat African Americans) has many buildings.  One of them was the even more famous mental hospital.  It has nine floors, eight of them used.  The ninth floor, which can be seen for a moment by taking the elevator there and looking out the open doors until they close again, is never used, and the space could well be used.

But it was there that the worst crazies were held and treated, and in the old days some cruel things were done to the most criminalistic lunatics.  Today, none of the staff of that building will leave the elevators.  Those that have have disappeared into thin air, have come back with broken legs, have returned insane, and you get the idea.  There are many things a trained spiritualist can do to protect himself from spiritual harm, even from spirits as bad as these, but even I would not leave the elevator in that building.

There are spirits of the light and dark side spirits, and some of the secret religions give the initiated the knowledge and licence to work with or in some cases “buy” their help and get them to go do things bad or good.

The more elevated a spirit is, the less buy-able it is.  Mescalito, the most revered spirit of some Amerindian tribes and some Mezoindian tribes, and whose physical existence on earth is the “Peyote” cactus, is, just as Carlos Castaneda writes, ONLY a protector and a teacher.  You cannot ask or get him to do anything.

The  great spirits that ruled in ancient Nigeria, and came over from there to the new world with the slave trade, can be asked to do something, but they first must agree, and you must give them what they want, and it is often fresh blood, if the task is a large one.  The great spirits of the Congo and Angola, who today reveal themselves in the west in Palo Mayombe and Quimbanda, also must be fed, but they are buy-able, and will do what they agree to do in a second, good or bad.

The Judeo Christian modern world just seemingly can NOT understand blood related sacrifice, or sacrifice at all, which does not have to be of blood.  Blood sacrifice, usually but not necessarily of birds, is a LIFE FORCE OFFERING, the fresh pumped blood giving LIFE FORCE to the entity it is being given to, as with a very few exceptions, these entities are NOT ETERNAL, and without the devotion and feeding of their devotees, they will eventually die out.  SO OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT GOD.  If related to the word “God” at all, they are in the most elevated cases Gods of the Earth only, not the heavens, and exist between us and God.  And since God made us in his image, they too have an anthropomorphic image, can speak in any earthly language, and can manifest in earthly form.    it IS possible for a true devotee and even of Jesus Christ to believe in or worship these ancient entities as well, and the New Testament says that Jesus said that ye shall worship no other God than me, but if you have a deep understanding of the true Jesus, he was not a theologian, and did not moralise, his messages were about THE FIRST HAPPENING, how the mind can be used to control and elevate life, gain what is needed, cure the sick, perform miracles……

I am not here to teach about Jesus Christ, but if one book can teach you about the real meanings of the words of Jesus, those the most likely to be truly similar to what came from his own lips, read the works of Emmet Fox, especially “The Sermon on the Mount – the Key to Success in Life” which can be found on www.amazon.com with his other fine works.  It is he who came up with the set of concepts called “Scientific Christianity” and Scientific Christianity is a true and fine way to prepare for The Second Happening.

AGAIN, TO REFRESH THE MEMORY, It must always be remembered that the world was in THE FIRST HAPPENING for thousands of years.  The bible is full of references to spirits, angels, demons, and every sort of entity other than and including God.  All the world religions and all the secret societies deal with WAYS TO MAGICALLY EFFECT CHANGE, either by alchemy, with spirits, or with the mind alone, and as the preamble to The Second happening, which is already occuring at greater and greater speed goes on, people are moving at break neck speed into these religions/arts.

Santeria is the most rapidly growing religion in the world because it WORKS AND WORKS.  Many of the uneducated just consider it “withcraft”.  In reality, it is 100 times more things, “witchcraft” is but one tiny part of it. The missionary zeal of the Christian has created certain prejudices that limit so much the minds of those who have lived exclusively in the linear world of things for the last 300 or so.  I intend to fill in all the categories listed on this entry with information, not just this one, on “LEARN TO BELIEVE IN MAGNIFICENT SPIRITS UNDER GOD” – and then it will be time to go into how to find inroads into these systems.

LEARN A HEALING PROFESSION SUCH AS CHIROPRACTIC, ACUPUNCTURE, ENERGY-WORK,  ACCUPRESSURE, Tai Chi, Rolfing, Message  and anything that helps you learn about the energy channels of the human body, THAT THEY EXIST in the first place, how they move, how they run, where their channels are, what the energy controls (nearly everything), and anything else that helps you learn about the non-linear body

IF THIS WAS ANOTHER TIME I COULD RECOMMEND TAKING PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS, BUT NOW I CANNOT, OR SAY DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WITHOUT ANY ENCOURAGEMENT FROM ME, AS THEY CAN QUICKLY JAR A PERSON’S CHAINS TO THE LINEAR PLANE LOOSE BY SHOWING THEM QUICKLY, SOMETIMES TOO QUICKLY (AND THERE-IN LIES THE DANGER) THAT THERE ARE WORLDS UPON VISABLE WORLDS, RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF US, AND THEY CAN BE SEEN AND FELT AND EVEN TOUCHED, AND DEPENDING ON THE SOURCE YOU WILL EITHER KNOW (PREFERABLY) OR NOT KNOW THAT WHAT YOU ARE SEEING HAS BEEN INFLUENCED BY THE DRUG – HERE IS A BRIEF LIST OF DRUGS AND WHAT THEY DO AND DO NOT DO, REMEMBERING ALWAYS THAT THERE IS VARIATION PERSON TO PERSON IN EFFECT -

Marijuana – a minor psychedelic and sensitizer that makes all sensual signals seem more intense, including visual stimuli like movies or artwork, audio stimuli like music, certain experiential experiences such as sex, and more.

Psilocybin mushrooms – decently easy to get, are yellowish gold in color, and can put one onto a moderately intense, 4-5 hour hallucinatory journey from which you return pretty easily and which you always know is produced by the plant

Ergot-amines – Derivatives of a Rye Fungus, Ergot, including LSD, Dextro Lysergic Acid Diethylamide Tartrate -25, which was always difficult to obtain on the black market in pure state and is now virtually impossible to obtain at all in real state

You may be asking, why is a spiritual website with psychic readings about the end of the material age talking about contrarian economics and investments?  For three reasons, first, contrarian investments fascinate me, second of all, I know the subject well and the concept leads itself directly into The Second Happening, and thirdly, and on the face of it a bit out of place, we all will need to build up money to PREPARE for the Second Happening,  not to live it.  And money is GOLD, PRECIOUS METALS, FAR AWAY PROPERTY, HIDDEN HOMES, WEAPONS, (legal of course), FOOD, WATER, AND FOOD FOOD FOOD.  ALSO, TILLABLE LAND.  Remember, as The Second Happening comes to pass out of destiny, pure necessity, and religious happenstance, the following concept, shared with me by the great James Edward Kunstler, is:

Highly Professional Masters grouped in the cities, Regular, healthy people living on tillable remote or semi-remote country land, and the suburbs filled with zombies, bikers, degenerates, criminals, and all their like, who will be a breed who will die out over a period of years as they will be spiritually unable to make the necessary spiritual transitions and will expire eventually of inertia.

This is not to say that bikers are necessarily bad people and that none of them can be spiritual, or that there are no funny, likable crooks, or even that there is not a lovable zombie or two.  There are.  But how can they adapt to a world in which material things are fading away in importance and only mastering of esoteric, religious, magical, and magico-religious techniques and systems will allow a human being to lead a long, happy life?

I do wish you could buy stock right now in Rosicrucianism, Santeria, Free Masonry, Scientific Christianity (more on that later, it is NOT Christian Science), IFA, Wicca, Gnosticism, Hindu Mysticism, The Quabbalah, Palo Mayombe, and 20 other systems that have existed for hundreds or thousands of years, are expanding to take in more and more people, and are accelerating in world dominance, take over humanity?  Santeria is already the fastest growing religion in the world, and it is based on IFA, a religion/worldview/science from Nigeria/Togo/Benin that is 20,000 years old or more, and which to this day provides those who can reach it with the answers to virtually anything?

The ineffective religions will fall, the False Prophets will die off, the Money Changers will leave the temples and churches of the world, as they will not be in the fore-front of those who understand what money is and no longer is.

In yesterday’s daily newsletter of Money and Markets, entitled “Bernanke Run Amok”,  Martin Weiss, whom I deem to be the worlds greatest financial advisor, reported that he (Bernanke) and his Fed, and presumably the administration that seemingly is over-seeing it, has gone out of it’s mind in a mad orgy of money printing in the last month or so unlike anything ever seen in the history of man.  The paper currencies of the world are being destroyed at a faster and faster pace, while the blind walk around under the cloud of assumption that things are “the same” or “normal” or perhaps” a little rough” as “The Recovery” goes forward.  If they could only understand what is really taking place as the world before The Second Happening now begins to die.  Depressing, but spectacular, and when one door closes, another is always opening at our back.  Till tomorrow.

Of all the major disasters and threats to your security ahead — and all the major profit opportunities — three stand out as the most imminent of all:

Disaster #1: America’s Empire of Debt. If you think Americans are living a normal life, think again. Our entire consumer economy, lifestyle, livelihood — and nearly all or wealth — is predicated on one thing: DEBT.

The outstanding public debt is $12.3 TRILLION. The U.S. has a little over 307 million people. So that means every single man, woman and child in this country is responsible for $40,000 in government debt — over and above any money they have borrowed personally.

The government is now struggling to get the deficit back DOWN to $1 TRILLION dollars … and there’s little hope they’ll even accomplish that much.

Meanwhile, the public debt is increasing at a rate of $3.5 billion per day. And that’s just the public debt. Consumer and corporate debt add trillions more!

The Good-Time Charlies in Washington would have you think this party can continue forever. But now the bill is coming due, and the longer we put it off, the worse it gets.

How will it end? Only two scenarios are possible:

• Washington will slash spending to the bone (and raise taxes till), sinking our economy into a depression. Or …

• Washington will DESTROY the value of our money.

I write to you with a great sense of urgency — there is a tsunami of trouble headed our way. Indeed, to AVOID the most imminent and probable disasters ahead, our country would have to beat enormous odds.

But don’t fret. In my book, I don’t tell you to uproot your life. I show you how to save money. And I show you how to make money!

This group of people (this is Devin again) are so right on and so prophetic that it hurts, are showing another example of what to expect in the next years, and within the three year period of which I so often speak, much of this will come to pass or become apparent.  Order the book and read it.  And then think of what you will do when these things come to pass, and how important spirituality will be to you in order to survive.  This Contrarian Economics stuff is an important part of the teachings of this blog; the spiritual changes which we must go through to get ready for what is to come are indeed monumental; we must divest ourselves of the need for things, and to some extent, the need for money itself.  He then goes on to the other two freight trains of danger heading for our economic survival, (1) peak oil, which is the point, already long ago reached, at which worldwide oil production peaked out (we are now sliding a long way down the tube into oblivion)

AND

WATER, the water supplies of the planet are simply drying up and disappearing.  Australia, a dry continent of only 25,000,000 people, has recently decided that it can afford NO MORE PEOPLE, very smartly, I might add.  For the rest of us, coming water shortages wil reshape our landsapes, or cities, and lives, making our old living patterns untenable and bringing in the force of the Second Happening with full blast.

But remember, that is only the physical part.  Tomorrow, we will get back into the spiritual part.

The subject that this blog is responsible for, and that is the subject of tomorrow’s discussion:  What direct steps can I take to strengthen my spirit for what is to come?  UNTIL TOMORROW!

A friend told me about five months ago that his family was putting it’s half a million dollar fortune, on the advice, of course, of a broker, into some kind of a fund or account where they would earn 1%.  I laughed at him, lectured him and then his mother, but they are “dummies” and there was nothing I could do.  They are idiots.

Personally, anything that will pay less than 40% on my money in a relatively short time is unattractive.  Here are some very basic things to know about different kinds of investments.  Many people, for some reasons, just don’t know these things.

Buying Stocks - This is a gamble and a sucker’s game unless you have a lot of experience, wisdom, or inside information.  Insider information is not what is implied, as it is illigal to take advantage of.  Inside information is deep, clear understanding of what is happening with a company – it’s fiscal affiars, it’s dividends if any, it’s P/E ratio, it’s management team, it’s profit and loss statement, it’s competition, it’s strategy, the influence of other companies new and old, and many other factors.  It is best to know a lot about just two or three stocks than a little about 200 stocks.  Then you can get a feeling of what their daily low is and buy them daily, selling them at what you feel their daily peak will be, and making, say, an even $500 per day on each of them.

The current rise in the stock market since the huge crash of 2008 is not made of the money of the huge, very wealthy, institutional investors.  It is the little people’s money, and a lot of government and Wall Street’s propping up of the market in an effort to “keep the party going”, and it in no way is a gauge of the outer economy.  As of 3/18/2010, with new post crash highs being reached in all the stock indexes, it looks to me like it is an IDEAL time to short the stock markets, to bet them to crash big time, but the government is so full of shit and is so determined to keep the party going that we can of course not be sure, and that is most frustrating.

Commodities – This is a market 200 years older than the stock market, and was invented to allow farmers to hedge their crops – they would play their crop’s potential profit in the opposite direction, and if the profit did not materialize, they would make up for it on the commodity play.  If they thought they were going to have a huge crop, and that might actually depress prices, they might bet the commodity LONG, or to go UP, so that if the price went down and prices went with them, so that if the crop got hurt or turned out less than expected, they would still profit on their commodity play.  You can play commodities up (long) or down (short).  A long (up) play is called a CALL and a short (down) play is called a PUT.

But today there are many many things traded on various commodity exchanges.  And actual commodity futures are only for very wealthy investors, who have the money to make MARGIN if the commodity moves against them on a daily basis.  However, the regular investment can play Commodity Options, which are contracts giving you the option to buy or sell a particular contract at a particular price within a set period of time.  This is a form of gambling, but it can pay off in a royal fashion.

The father of Martin Weiss, one of the true gurus of finance, Irving Weiss, as an astute 18 year old in 1928, felt that the huge run-up in stock prices was ridiculous, and he borrowed $500 from his mother and shorted the stock market – he bet that the entire stock market would go down.  When the market crashed, when all was said and down, the 19-20 year old had a $100,000 fortune, about $2,000,000 in todays money.  You can bet the stock market up or down as a COMMODITY OPTION by buying a put or call option contract on the Dow, the Nasdaq, The s&P 500, the Russell 1000, the Wilshire 5,000 in the Commodities market, or by buying put or call contracts on individual stocks in the STOCK market, which also allows this type of trading.

When this type of investing pays off, every dollar, or sometimes penny, in which the stock or commodity moves in the direction in which you have played it pays off in multiples.  For instance, if you buy contracts in the sugar market, which is an unusually stable market, you receive at the last time I checked $1,250 on every cent the commodity moves in your direction on each contract you purchase.

The contracts usually cost between $3-5,000 each, have a set period of time in which they have to work, usually 3-9 months, and demand a “strike price”.  You do not get to the profit point in the first ticks of pennies or dollars in which the commodity moves in your direction.  If sugar is trading at say, $1.48 per pound, you must declare a “strike price” of say, $1.66, and it is only after that “strike price” is reached that your contract begins to load on the cash.  The further out from the current price your strike price is, and the length of time involved in the contract influence the payout if you are correct.  But if the commodity does not move in your direction within the life of the contract, it expires worthless, and you loose all your money.  The same is true of Option playing in the Stock Market.  Let it be said that both are a very risky thing to do, should not be done unless you can really afford to loose the money, and that I am in no way a licenced investment advisor, a broker, or any such thing, although I have worked in brokerage houses for years.  Taking any advice from this website and blog is solely decided upon by the individual reading the material, and we take no responsibility for the action of the reader.  However, the facts presented are accurate and the opinions and advice given are good given the reference and attitude of The Second Happening.  SINCE THE SECOND HAPPENING IS SOON TO COME, SINCE THE MATERIAL ASPECT OF THE PLANET WILL SOON BEGIN TO FADE, AND THE SPIRITUAL NECESSITY OF HUMAN LIFE SOON BEGIN TO INCREASE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO SURVIVE, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO BECOME AS WEALTHY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THESE CHANGES START COMING IN FORCE, SO THAT THEY CASN GO THROUGH THE CHANGES IN GREATER EASE. 

Wealth is not the goal, but more like a pillow for your head.  1% returns are not going to make it for anyone.  Risks will have to be taken somewhere.  A very wealthy woman I spoke with yesterday here in NY City was still human enough to lament on how much damage these ridiculously low interest rates much be doing to plain people who just have money in savings.  I reminded her that, along with many other things, that was the point.  The wealthy are in most cases not known for wanting to see others join their ranks. 

IN ALL INVESTMENTS OF A SPECULATIVE NATURE, YOU MUST NEVER INVEST OR RISK MORE THAN 20% OF YOUR AVAILABLE (EXPENDABLE) CASH.

The five precious metals, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium, are traded on the commodity markets, I am not sure currently if Rhodium is pit traded, but in the case of the precious metals, you have many choices, physical ownership of the metal in coin or bullion form, (rhodium is a powder), stock in mining companies, ETF’s (which are explained below), commodity option or futures contracts, and more.  But in a world in which the second happening is on the way, physical ownership of gold and/or silver and/or palladium in coin form is to me one of the best investments of all, as in any situation imaginable, as long as there are people and life, goods and services will always be traded for these metals, which will never loose all their value.  And in our climate today, they should rise quite a bit in our opinion between now and 2012/ending.

ETF’s are Exchange Traded Funds, which are similar to mutual funds, but are traded like stocks and can be bought and sold on demand just like stocks.  They are typically shares in the holdings of a group of people who are extreme experts in the field in which the ETF is being offered, so you are investing in the expertise of others.  For instance, a gold ETF invests in carefully selected gold mining stocks, small cap mining stocks, physical gold, futures, and all the rest of the vehicles available, but with extreme knowlege of what they are doing.  You are purchasing shares in their holdings, and as their holdings go up in value, the value of your shares follow.  There are also inverse ETF’s and even double inverse ETF’s, that go up as a market or commodity or other thing of value goes DOWN.

These are extremely useful as hedges, as a for instance, if you really think that the stock market will continue it’s propped up rise, and you want to continue to buy stocks, buy shares in an INVERSE ETF or DOUBLE INVERSE ETF on the Dow, Nasdaq, etc, so that if the market crashes, you will expand your money as the market tanks.  Mutual Funds are also groups of investments made by experts in which you can become a member so to speak, but they are not immidiately liquid in a moment, as are ETF’s, to my knowledge.

I will continue on this topic in a subsequent post and many times after that as contrarian economics are adhered to religiously in this blog, second only to many spiritual subjects  and of course psychic readings.  Members of this site will be helped in any way possible to prepare themselves for the coming of the changes to come.  Not all of them will be pretty.
